Step 1: Line Up the Pieces
Hold the Crown Pot and the Wall Mounted Drip Tray so the three nubs line up with the three matching twist lock notches. Make sure all three points are aligned before pressing the two pieces together.

ā¢ Confirm each nub is lined up before pressing together
Tip
If the pieces do not slide together easily, recheck alignment. Do not force them.
Step 2: Connect and Twist to Lock
Gently press the pieces together and twist to lock.

ā¢ Twist to the left to unlock if you need to adjust
Important:
There is no clicking or snapping sound when the pieces lock. A smooth twist with resistance means the connection is secure.
Tip:
Always twist using the solid top and bottom connection collars. Do not squeeze the middle body of the pole while twisting.
Step 3: Plant Your Plant
After the Crown Pot is connected to the Wall Mounted Drip Tray, plant your plant directly into the Crown Pot. This keeps everything stable and helps prevent the plant from wobbling while you plant. Make sure the plant is facing outward, away from the dovetail wall mount.

Tip
Planting after assembly makes setup easier and helps prevent having to take everything apart later.
Step 4: Clean the Wall
Clean the wall where the planter will be mounted. This helps the mounting plate or strips hold securely.

ā¢ Remove dust, oils, and residue
ā¢ Allow the surface to fully dry
Tip
A clean, dry wall gives the strongest hold.
Step 5: Prepare the Mounting Method
Decide whether you will use wall hanging strips or screws based on the weight of your plant.

ā¢ Choose wall hanging strips for lighter setups
ā¢ Choose screws for heavier setups
Tip
Plants often weigh much more after watering.
Step 6: Mount the Plate to the Wall
Attach the mounting plate using your chosen method.

ā¢ If using wall hanging strips, attach strips to the plate and press firmly to the wall for 30 seconds
ā¢ If using screws, secure the plate into a stud or into anchors until the plate feels solid
Tip
The plate should feel fully secure with no movement before continuing. If using wall hanging strips, press the plate firmly against the wall for 3 to 5 minutes for a more secure hold.
Step 7: Slide the Drip Tray onto the Mounted Plate
Once the plate is mounted, slide the planter onto the dovetail mount until it feels fully seated.

Tip
If anything feels loose, remove the planter and recheck the mount.
