We offset the emissions generated during transit, further reducing our ecological footprint. As our products are nurtured and grown to perfection, production times can vary depending on each order. Please note that shipping times are not included in our production timelines. Rest assured, your parcel is handled with care and dispatched promptly once ready, allowing you to receive your order with the freshness and vitality that nature intended.

Typically we try and ship your order within 3-5 business days from the following business day that your order was placed. Missed Deliveries | When You Missed Nature's Call:
In the harmonious rhythm of delivery, there are times when the carrier attempts delivery while you're away, causing delays in receiving your package. Initially, we encourage you to check the following details to determine if they may have contributed:
- Ensure the accuracy of the shipping address through Your Account, paying particular attention to street names and apartment/unit numbers.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery, which often contains additional information beyond what we can provide through tracking.
Please understand that we have access to the same information as you do and cannot redirect or modify shipments once they have left our hands.
We strongly urge you to contact the carrier directly to explore options for redelivery or package pickup. Though it may require a bit more effort, this proactive approach can ultimately save time and resources for everyone involved.
If you're unable to arrange delivery with the carrier, we'll need to await the return of the package before proceeding with a reattempted shipment or offering a refund. For international customers outside of the USA, please be aware that this process may take weeks or even months due to slower return times for international shipments.
Upon receiving the returned order/package due to a Missed Delivery / Return to Sender, we'll reach out to the email address on file with the following eco-friendly options:
- Reshipment of the package at the current shipping rate with an additional invoice sent to you.
- Processing a return of the order, minus any shipping fees and applicable restocking fees Please be advised that for any returned items, regardless of the reason, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or fees, and we will impose a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that we are unable to offer replacement products for any order affected by a Missed Delivery / Return to Sender.

You are responsible for covering these costs.
