Made Just for You

At Leafy Cove, every piece is made to order with care and intention. We do not mass produce or stockpile inventory. Each item is created after you place your order using sustainable materials and small batch production methods.

We believe in thoughtful production, less waste, and better quality. Making each piece to order allows us to focus on craftsmanship while reducing excess inventory.

About natural variations:

Because our items are produced in small batches using 3D printing and hand finishing, slight variations in texture, layer lines, or surface appearance are normal and expected. These are not defects, but a natural part of the production process and what makes each piece unique.

Our items are produced using high quality, plant based plastic and are designed for intended, everyday use. While durable, these materials are not indestructible and may be damaged if subjected to excessive force, impact, or improper handling. Normal and reasonable use is required to ensure proper function and longevity.

Production time is typically 5 to 10 business days. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer. See our Holiday Closures and Business Hours below.

Production Time and Shipping Cut Offs

All items are made to order. Production time is typically 5 to 10 business days.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time begin processing the next business day. Weekends, holidays, and studio closure days do not count toward production or shipping timelines.

Orders ship together once all items are complete. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping transit time begins only after your order has completed production and has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping costs are non refundable under all circumstances.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We offer carbon neutral shipping on all orders. A portion of each sale helps offset the environmental impact of shipping.

While we cannot control carrier routes or transit delays, we remain committed to reducing our environmental footprint.

International Shipping and Customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes.

We include required documentation on shipments, but we cannot control customs inspections, clearance timelines, or decisions made by customs authorities.

If a package is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, the order will be treated as a return to sender. Shipping costs are non refundable and applicable 20% Production and Handling Fee may apply.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at care@leafycove.com.

We strongly recommend contacting your local postal office or carrier directly. In many cases, they can update or hold a package before it is returned.

If the order has shipped, we cannot modify addresses once a package is in transit.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Domestic Orders

  • Refund minus original shipping and a 20% Production and Handling Fee
  • Shipping costs paid by us will also be deducted

International Orders

  • Reshipment at current international rates, or
  • Refund minus shipping and a 20 % Production and Handling Fee (Shipping costs paid by us will also be deducted)

Shipping costs are never refundable.

Our Oakland, California studio is closed and does not count the following days as business, production, or shipping days:

• Pride Weekend (Last Weekend of June)
• Major local holidays and observances in Oakland, California

Weekends, holidays, and closure dates are not counted toward production or shipping timelines. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
