Made Just for You

At Leafy Cove, every piece is made to order with care and intention. We do not mass produce or stockpile inventory. Each item is created after you place your order using sustainable materials and small batch production methods.

We believe in thoughtful production, less waste, and better quality. Making each piece to order allows us to focus on craftsmanship while reducing excess inventory.

About natural variations:

Because our items are produced in small batches using 3D printing and hand finishing, slight variations in texture, layer lines, or surface appearance are normal and expected. These are not defects, but a natural part of the production process and what makes each piece unique.

Our items are produced using high-quality, plant-based plastic and are designed for intended, everyday use. While durable, these materials are not indestructible and may be damaged if subjected to excessive force, impact, or improper handling. Normal and reasonable use is required to ensure proper function and longevity.

Production time is typically 5 to 7 business days. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer. See our Holiday Closures and Business Hours below.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. Cancellations are only possible within 2 days of placing your order.

If you need to make a change, email care@leafycove.com as soon as possible.


Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. Each piece is created specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at care@leafycove.com with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and make it right.

When submitting a claim, customers must include clear photos of the issue along with their order number so the request can be properly reviewed.

If additional photos or information are requested and we do not receive a response within 7 business days of that request, the case will be closed.

Once a case is closed, or once 14 business days have passed from the delivery date, the claim will no longer be eligible for review, replacement, or refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or style, we understand that mistakes happen. While we are unable to offer exchanges on made-to-order items, we are happy to review your order and, in some cases, may be able to offer a one-time courtesy discount toward the correct size or replacement item. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non refundable.


Production Time and Shipping

All items are made to order. Production time is typically 5 to 10 business days.

Orders ship together once all items are complete. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at: care@leafycove.com.

We strongly recommend contacting your local postal office directly. In many cases, they can update or hold a package before it is returned.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The correct shipping address
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If the order has shipped, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We cannot modify addresses once a package is in transit.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Domestic Orders

  • Refund minus original shipping and a 20% Production and Handling Fee
  • Shipping costs paid by us will also be deducted

International Orders

  • Reshipment at current international rates, or
  • Refund minus shipping and a 20 % Production and Handling Fee (Shipping costs paid by us will also be deducted)

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT are will start to be processed the next business day.

• Boxing Day (December 26)
• Pride Weekend (Last Weekend of June)
• Major local holidays and observances in Oakland, California

Please note that weekends, holidays, and closure dates are not counted toward production or shipping timelines. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
